Don Murphy

Don Murphy is the Broker of Majestic Realty and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1972.  He established his brokerage in 1974 and has been representing homebuyers exclusively since 1992. 

Don is a Charter Member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), a pro-consumer group founded to raise the standards of conduct in real estate and dedicated to protecting the rights of and representing the best interests of the buyer in every real estate transaction.

Don has completed the qualifications and holds the distinction of the following designations:

• CEBA(Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent) through NAEBA, awarded only
  to NAEBA members who have completed stringent qualifications and
  educational requirements, have an extensive number of real estate
  transactions wherein they only represented the buyer - in an offce which
  represented only buyers and have presented a background of service to
  NAEBA. Across the U.S. there are less than 100 Broker/Agents who have
  earned this designation.

• CBA(Certified Buyer Agent) through the Buyer Broker Institute.

• ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative) through REBAC (the Real Estate
  Buyer Agency Council).

• CSP(Certified New Home Sales Professional) through the National
  Association of Home Builders.

Jan Murphy

After spending many years in Banking, including a career as a mortgage loan officer and branch manager with the bank, Jan decided to pursue real estate and offer exclusive buyer brokerage services with her husband, Don Murphy.  Don and Jan have been partners for over ten years and are committed to educating buyers about the different types of agency relationships in real estate and that buyers should seek the highest level of representation - an Exclusive Buyer Agent.

Jan, too, is a Charter Member of NAEBA (the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents), holds the CEBA designation through NAEBA and is a CBA (Certified Buyer Agent) through the Buyer Broker Institute.

Jan's personal interests include raising miniature horses which includes a tour to the barn for their buyers, to see the horses and a chance to offer a treat to each horse with a carrot or apple.
